Built Different Co. provides digital products only.
We do not sell or ship physical items.

Please review this policy before making a purchase.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products available on builtdifferent.world are delivered electronically.

We do not:

  • Ship physical goods

  • Offer courier or delivery services

  • Provide shipping addresses

  • Issue tracking numbers

2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered after successful payment via:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page

  • An email sent to the address provided at checkout

Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 5 minutes depending on your email provider.

3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If your product does not arrive within 10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly

  • Allow a few additional minutes for delays

4. Incorrect Email Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email entry at checkout.

However, if this happens:

We will update your email and resend your product where possible.

5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, you agree that it is your responsibility to:

  • Download and securely store your files

  • Ensure your device supports required file formats (e.g., PDF)

  • Maintain access to your email account

We are not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Lost or deleted files after download

  • Internet connectivity issues

6. Refunds & Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered under limited circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.
