Built Different Co. provides digital products including nutrition systems, ebooks, discipline frameworks, and self-improvement tools. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on builtdifferent.world are:

  • Digital

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible shortly after purchase

  • Non-returnable

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ebooks

  • PDF guides

  • Nutrition plans

  • Discipline systems

  • Digital downloads

  • Educational resources

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered or accessed, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund once the product has been delivered.


2. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

✔ Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged but did not receive access to your product.

✔ Technical Failure

You are unable to access your product due to a verified technical issue on our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours after being notified.

To Qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • You must provide proof of purchase

  • You may be required to provide screenshots or supporting evidence

Refunds will not be granted if the issue is due to:

  • Incorrect email entered at checkout

  • Device incompatibility

  • Internet connectivity issues

  • Failure to follow access instructions


3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 24 hours.

We may issue a refund for duplicate transactions where applicable.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately:

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Submission of transaction records (including IP logs and access history) to payment processors

We reserve the right to dispute any illegitimate chargebacks.


6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary (typically 5–10 business days)

  • Transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted
